Where are you located?

We're located at 34 Chenango St, Suite 408B, in downtown Binghamton, NY.

Is parking available?

There is metered street parking available nearby, as well as several public parking garages within walking distance.

Is your facility wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible with elevator access to our floor.

Do you have restrooms on-site?

Yes, clean and well-maintained restrooms are available on our floor.

What are your hours of operation?

Our standard hours are Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm, Saturday: 10am-4pm, Sunday: Closed. Early morning and late evening bookings may be accommodated with advance notice.

What are your hours of operation?

Our regular hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm and Saturday from 10am-4pm. We're closed on Sundays. Special arrangements can be made for after-hours bookings.

Is there a minimum booking time?

Yes, our minimum booking is one hour for all services.

How do I check availability?

Can I tour the space before booking?

Our meeting space includes a 65-inch 4K display with HDMI connections, whiteboard and markers, high-speed internet, and comfortable seating for up to 8 people.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own refreshments. We also offer catering options if you prefer.

Is technical support available during my booking?

Basic technical support is included with your booking. For more extensive technical assistance, we offer additional support at $30/hour.

Do you offer any discounts for longer bookings?

Yes, we offer half-day (4 hours) and full-day (8 hours) packages at discounted rates compared to the hourly pricing.

Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes, you're welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure compatibility with our systems.

No, you don't need prior experience. We provide basic setup assistance with every booking and can guide new podcasters through the process.

How many people can record at once?

Can you help with editing my podcast after recording?

How do I pay for my booking?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and business checks. Payment is required at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled time receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice receive a 50% refund. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Can I get a discount for recurring bookings?
