Cancellation & Refund Terms

Standard Bookings (1-4 Hours)

Extended Bookings (5+ Hours)
For extended bookings of 5+ hours, we have a more flexible cancellation policy:

No-Show Policy
Important: Clients who fail to arrive for a booked session without prior notice ("no-shows") will not be eligible for a refund, and the full booking fee will be charged.
Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings or, in extreme cases, the refusal of service.
